Please book your rooms at the Tanque Verde Guest Ranch.  The Ranch is fairly isolated and is not close to any stores or other places to stay.  A major part of the experience is the actual stay at the beautiful Ranch rooms.

Transportation to The Ranch from the Tucson Airport

The Ranch offers a shuttle to and from the airport at a rate of $25 per person.  This will need to be scheduled with the ranch in advance and is on a first come, first served basis.

Tucson Hilton East

Once rooms at the Ranch are sold-out, we recommend that you book a room at the Tucson Hilton East Hotel.   AFTER the Ranch is completely booked, we will have a block of rooms reserved, and at a discount, for our attendees there.  Phone: 520-721-5600. Located at: 7600 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710.  You are responsible for your own transportation to the ranch and back to the hotel.

Please note that if you are not staying at the Ranch, you will need to pay the ranch for your meals.  Meals are $100 per day for you to have three meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages per day.  ​
