About Kelsey
Kelsey Johnson is a commercial photographer, creative director, and educator dedicated to helping others elevate their photography skills, embrace creativity, and build a successful business. Her journey began at the age of 10 when she first picked up a camera, sparking a passion that would shape her future. After earning a double major in psychology and communication from UC Davis, Kelsey worked as a PR Manager, running influencer marketing programs for major brands like LEGO, eBay, and The North Face.
Despite her success in the corporate world, she longed to travel and capture the world through her lens. Five years ago, she made the bold decision to leave her desk job and pursue photography full-time. Since then, Kelsey has built an online community of over 500,000 followers, traveled to 31 countries, collaborated with dream brands like Canon USA, Hyundai, and Vera Bradley, and even had her work displayed in Times Square.
Today, Kelsey shares her expertise through educational resources, brand partnerships, and commercial photography, helping photographers and creatives sharpen their skills, monetize their talents, and grow their businesses.
